This morning we began our annual fall revival at Calvary Baptist Church. It is an opportunity to celebrate the many wonderful things that God has done in and through our church this past year. While many churches today seem to be on the decline, at Calvary we are on the rise. God is working in our midst, and we are so excited about what He is doing and will do in the days to come.
In light of the revival, I hope you don't mind if I take a day off from my blogging. I will continue my regular posts this coming Sunday with the next installment in our series "Rebuilding the Church". We are nearing the conclusion of these messages, and should be ready to start something new in December. But we're not quite done yet... please check back next week as we continue through the closing chapters of Nehemiah.
Until then, may the Lord richly bless you.
